Aditude is hiring a Frontend Software Engineer with 2+ years experience in React, Vue, and TypeScript. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing the frontend platform. Responsibilities include developing scalable and responsive frontend applications, collaborating with design and backend teams, optimizing performance, and ensuring accessibility. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React and its ecosystem, experience in ad tech and programmatic advertising, and familiarity with modern build tools and backend technologies. The position is full-time and 100% remote within the United States. What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and optimize frontend platform
  • Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive frontend applications
  • Work with design and product teams to transform UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect user interfaces
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and usability across devices and browsers
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality
  • Stay up-to-date with latest frontend technologies and frameworks and provide thought leadership
  • Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural discussions
  • Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in frontend software development
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with React and its ecosystems (React Router, Node & NextJS)
  • Expertise in optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency
  • Proficiency in preventing, identifying, and resolving memory leaks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Experience in ad tech space with understanding of programmatic advertising and data visualization
  • Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel
  • Knowledge of backend technologies, languages, and API design (Node, NextJS, Golang, REST) is a plus
  • Experience working with Figma
