The role involves designing and building data-driven and model-driven features, scaling distributed applications, optimizing algorithms and software architectures, supporting observability, participating in on-call rotations, and writing documentation. Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, 3+ years of software engineering experience, proficiency in compiled languages such as C++, Java, Rust, and Go, experience building systems at scale, performance optimization, data modeling, software architecture, and Linux ecosystem experience. The position supports remote collaboration across multiple time zones. Salary ranges from $114,985.89 to $172,478.83 in Colorado and up to $180,318.78 in Virginia.
