Full job description The CDP ETL & Database Engineer will architect, design, and implement scalable solutions with expertise in CRM methodologies and relational modeling in a hybrid architecture. Responsibilities include building ETL pipelines, onboarding clients to the ZMP/CDP+ platform, analyzing and implementing change requests, adhering to change data management, performing code reviews, and collaborating on process improvements. Required skills include relational data modeling, ETL and FTP concepts, advanced SQL analytics, cloud technologies (AWS, Snowflake), and familiarity with tools such as Talend, Snowflake, MySQL/PostgreSQL, NoSQL, PLSQL, JavaScript, Python, Scala, Git, Apache Airflow, Kafka, and Jira. The role requires 4+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams within an agile environment.
