Develop and deliver AI-enabled product capabilities including intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and decision support. Own implementation of AI-powered features and services collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Design and implement AI-powered features, develop workflows integrating LLM, agents, or machine learning, evaluate and improve AI solutions, participate in architecture and design reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute reusable components. Collaborate cross-functionally to design and integrate software solutions, analyze system requirements, assist with software updates, mentor junior engineers, engage with QA, resolve technical issues, synthesize market research, conduct training, and maintain attendance including nights and weekends. Requires 3+ years software engineering experience, strong Python skills, experience with cloud-native applications, AI/ML platforms, LLMs, agents, APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Salary range $120,212.52 - $180,318.78. Location: Reston, Virginia, US. Full-time, on-site.
