Own implementation of AI-powered features and services, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Design and implement AI-powered features, develop applications integrating LLM, agents, or machine learning, evaluate and improve AI solutions, and participate in architecture and design reviews. Troubleshoot production issues and contribute reusable AI components. Collaborate cross-functionally to design and integrate software solutions, analyze system requirements, assist with software updates, mentor junior engineers, engage with QA, resolve technical issues, synthesize market research, conduct training, and maintain punctual attendance including nights and weekends. Requires 3+ years software engineering experience, strong Python skills, experience with cloud-native applications, AI/ML platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and production software delivery. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Salary range $120,212.52 - $180,318.78.

Requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications
Experience working with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, agents, or intelligent automation solutions
Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture patterns
Experience delivering production software in collaborative engineering environments
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
