Full job description

RTB House is seeking a mid-level Supply Engineer to take full ownership of internal services and components, ensuring health, scalability, and observability. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining services and tools for non-technical teams, building and optimizing backend services and data pipelines (ETL/ELT), and conducting technical and A/B analyses to improve bidding integrations. The role requires strong software engineering skills, experience with cloud environments (preferably GCP), data analysis tools (SQL, BigQuery, Google Colab), and the ability to design scalable solutions in dynamic environments. The tech stack includes Python, SQL (PostgreSQL, BigQuery), Pub/Sub, GCP, Git, and AI developer tools. The position is full-time and 100% remote based in Poland.
