Full job description

Software Engineer role reporting to VP of Engineering. Responsibilities include contributing to technical solution design, delivering customer-focused software, writing and reviewing code and documentation, applying engineering best practices, improving system reliability and scalability, maintaining infrastructure and deployment tooling, participating in team ceremonies, and troubleshooting issues. Requires 2-5 years experience in backend development with statically typed languages (Java, Go preferred), understanding of application programming, database and system design, cloud and microservice experience, CI/CD pipeline knowledge, unit and integration testing, and DevOps skills including Infrastructure as Code and containerization. Strong communication and collaboration skills needed. Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Bazel, GitHub Actions, GCP, PostgreSQL, and frontend frameworks like React. Background in Ad Tech, Retail Media, e-commerce, real-time bidding, auction systems, or high-throughput data pipelines is desirable.
