Develop AI-enabled product features and workflows under senior engineer guidance. Build, test, and maintain software components integrating AI capabilities such as LLMs and agent-based systems. Participate in testing, evaluation, and monitoring of AI-powered features. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement requirements and deliver functionality. Troubleshoot defects and performance issues. Apply engineering best practices for production-quality software. Write efficient code, implement testing frameworks, document development processes, analyze integration needs, and support QA. Maintain regular attendance including nights and weekends as needed. Requirements include 1-2 years software engineering experience or equivalent internship, programming in Python or similar, understanding of software fundamentals, exposure to AI/ML/LLMs, familiarity with cloud platforms, strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Salary range $101,875.02 - $152,812.53. Location: Reston, Virginia, USA.
