Full job description

Lead UX research strategy and execution across multiple product teams, conducting mixed-method studies to address complex problems. Translate ambiguous research questions into clear plans and facilitate workshops to convert findings into product requirements and design solutions. Act as a strategic partner to Product and Design teams, contributing to product roadmaps and improving research tools and processes, including AI integration. Collaborate with adjacent teams to synthesize insights. Requires 4–7 years of UX research experience, proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods, experience with AI tools in research, strong communication skills, and familiarity with digital advertising and data privacy regulations.

What you'll do

  • Lead research strategy and execution across 3–4 product teams
  • Run mixed-method studies (qualitative & quantitative) to tackle complex problems
  • Frame and scope ambiguous research problems into clear plans
  • Facilitate workshops to translate findings into product requirements and design solutions
  • Act as strategic partner to Product and Design stakeholders
  • Contribute to product roadmaps with research insights
  • Build and maintain resources for stakeholders to run quality research independently
  • Consult on and provide feedback on stakeholder-led research plans
  • Identify and implement improvements to UXR tools and processes
  • Leverage AI to create scalable research workflows
  • Collaborate with research-adjacent teams to synthesize insights and avoid redundant work

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of applied UX research experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating research-informed decision-making
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Experience running mixed-method studies
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into research workflow
  • Ability to operate autonomously across multiple product teams
  • Experience managing 1–3 concurrent studies
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
  • Experience facilitating workshops (ideation, co-creation)
  • Ability to drive research findings into product decisions
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Coaching on research best practices and study design
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Knowledge of industry trends like cookieless targeting and AI-driven optimization
  • Experience conducting UX research on AI-powered features or products (strong asset)
