Full job description
Senior UI Designer role based in Chicago responsible for owning and evolving Epsilon's CORE UI design system. Requires 6+ years experience in UI development or related fields with a portfolio of shipped SaaS or digital products. Must have deep experience with design systems in Figma and code (React, Storybook), strong motion design skills, proficiency with AI design tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, Framer AI), and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript. Responsibilities include building prototypes, iterating components with AI assistance, defining motion language, collaborating with engineers, contributing to documentation, mentoring design team, and applying WCAG accessibility standards.
