Full job description
The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer (Contractor) for APAC to build talent pipelines supporting Engineering and Applied Science teams. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies tailored by role, level, location, and skill set; managing talent pipelines from market mapping to candidate handoff; partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles and priorities; engaging technical talent through personalized outreach; using funnel data to improve sourcing results; providing APAC market intelligence; applying AI-assisted sourcing tools and automation; diversifying sourcing channels; communicating pipeline health and progress; maintaining accurate candidate data in ATS and CRM; and sharing successful approaches with the TA team. Requirements include 7+ years technical sourcing or recruiting experience, experience across multiple APAC markets, ability to translate hiring briefs into sourcing plans, understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and machine learning, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, ATS/CRM, experience with AI-assisted sourcing tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and commitment to inclusive hiring. Locations include Shanghai, Singapore, and Sydney.
