RTB House is seeking a Senior Technical Researcher/Engineer for its AdTech Technical Research Team. The role involves researching and experimenting with new ad tech technologies, building prototypes, and collaborating with teams to evaluate integration potential. Candidates should have 5+ years experience, strong programming skills, independence, and a goal-oriented mindset. Technologies include Python, Java, Scala, TypeScript/JavaScript, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks, BigQuery, GCP, and browser engines. Responsibilities include assessing privacy mechanisms and mobile platform solutions. The position offers flexible, fully remote work under a B2B contract.

What you'll do

  • Conduct in-depth research on latest ad tech technologies
  • Experiment with new technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential integration
  • Evaluate effectiveness and feasibility of ad tech solutions
  • Build prototypes and experimental solutions (PoCs)
  • Assess new privacy mechanisms and suggest improvements
  • Explore solutions for Android and iOS platforms
  • Collaborate with other teams and leverage ML opportunities

Requirements
