Senior Technical Project Manager role focused on managing CRM marketing service technical initiatives. Responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Manage project governance, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk. Support Product Owner and lead Agile project management processes. Requires experience with software development lifecycle, Agile and traditional project management, CRM, Email, SMS, CDP, and enterprise PPM tools. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills needed. BA/BS required; MA/MS preferred.
