Full job description
Senior Technical Project Manager role managing CRM marketing service technical initiatives. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Services and Engineering. Lead project planning, risk management, team development, and stakeholder communication. Requires expertise in Agile and traditional project management, CRM, Email, SMS, CDP, and enterprise PPM tools. Must have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Salary range $140,000 - $200,000.
