Senior Technical Operations Manager role focused on the DV+ platform for omnichannel inventory monetization using AI-enhanced programmatic solutions. Responsibilities include managing technical escalations, analyzing large datasets with SQL, leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple systems and APIs, proactive problem investigation, rapid learning of new platforms, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Account Management. Requires 4+ years in technical operations or related role, bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong programmatic ecosystem knowledge, proficiency in SQL and Excel, interest in AI technologies, strong technical writing, analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 depending on location. Genuine interest in emerging AI technologies, with the ability to apply them to operational workflows and problem-solving
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with experience diagnosing complex issues
Strong cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, identify root causes, and drive issues to resolution
Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to balance immediate needs with long-term scalable solutions
