Full job description

Lead the go-to-market strategy for Amazon Ads' omnichannel creative personalization solution across multiple ad formats and digital channels. Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive adoption of personalization solutions by advertisers and technology partners across display, audio, and video formats on streaming TV, web, and mobile platforms. Develop GTM strategy, lead cross-functional teams, drive adoption of AI-powered personalization capabilities, partner with analytics to track metrics, develop enablement materials, monitor industry trends, build strategic relationships, create business cases, and represent Amazon Ads at industry events. Requires 5+ years experience in business agreements, media & entertainment technology problem solving, GTM/business development/sales/consulting, bachelor's degree, knowledge of ad tech stacks, and experience influencing leadership and managing cross-functional programs. Preferred qualifications include 6+ years GTM/business development experience, MBA, and knowledge of AdTech industry and Amazon Ad products. Salary range: $162,700 - $220,200 annually. What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the GTM strategy for Amazon Ads' omnichannel creative personalization solution
  • Lead cross-functional teams across product, science, engineering, and design to develop market positioning and competitive strategies
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered creative personalization capabilities, automation tools, and interactive ad formats
  • Partner with analytics teams to define and track metrics demonstrating creative effectiveness and personalization impact
  • Collaborate with product, sales, partner development, and marketing teams to develop enablement materials on personalization best practices
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in omnichannel advertising and personalization
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Create business cases and implementation roadmaps to accelerate customer adoption of personalization solutions
  • Identify market opportunities and create business cases for new personalization features
  • Represent Amazon Ads at industry events and customer meetings

Requirements

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • 5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment Industry experience
  • 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
  • Preferred: 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • Preferred: MBA
  • Preferred: Knowledge of the AdTech industry (e.g., Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs)
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Amazon Ad products and solutions
