Full job description

StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst, Performance to accelerate development of programmatic performance solutions. The role involves technical problem-solving, data analysis, and client engagement, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics teams. Responsibilities include supporting Tier 1 project roadmaps, building performance POCs, data-driven strategic recommendations, and experiment design. Candidates should have 3+ years experience in consulting, strategy, product management, or data analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, and statistical analysis expertise. The position is full-time, hybrid with required ad-hoc travel to London, UK.

What you'll do

  • Support team leads in executing the program roadmap for Tier 1 projects including MVP development, testing, commercialization, and operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Revenue, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams to design, test, and iterate on performance-focused initiatives
  • Lead building of performance proof-of-concepts (POCs) with strategic clients; test and validate custom use cases for productization
  • Utilize data analysis to inform strategic recommendations that drive results and maximize growth objectives
  • Assist in designing and running experiments to validate hypotheses for measurable marketing performance improvements
  • Translate complex data and technical capabilities into clear, client-friendly insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in management or technical consulting, strategy & operations, product management, data analytics (client-facing), or program management
  • Experience with marketing or advertising systems is an asset but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree with a proven academic record
  • Impeccable business judgment, ability to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple ongoing initiatives, projects, tasks, and time-sensitive requests
  • Strong SQL skills including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with relational database structures
  • Working knowledge of Python and data analytics libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib)
  • Strong analytical and statistical reasoning skills including experience with A/B testing, significance testing, and regression analysis
  • Proven track record managing strategic and operationally complex projects within cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in building in-platform products, identity resolution, and data staging is a plus
