Full job description

Senior Technical Account Manager responsible for the technical success of strategic publisher partners on the Commerce Grid platform. Own end-to-end technical relationships, lead complex integrations and optimizations across the ad tech ecosystem including GAM, Header Bidding, SDKs, Prebid, SSPs. Act as primary technical lead on client calls, troubleshoot issues, and propose optimizations. Translate business KPIs into technical improvements to drive revenue growth. Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in yield and integration stability. Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams. Produce technical documentation and mentor junior team members. Required skills include deep experience in AdTech ecosystem, SQL, JavaScript, Python preferred, strong communication skills, and ability to manage live technical client conversations. Role is hybrid based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end technical relationship for a portfolio of strategic media owners
  • Understand business KPIs of the client portfolio and translate them into technical optimizations to improve performance and drive revenue growth
  • Lead complex integrations and optimizations across the ad tech ecosystem (GAM, Header Bidding, SDKs, Prebid, SSPs)
  • Act as the primary technical lead on client calls, owning technical discussions, troubleshooting reviews, and optimization proposals
  • Clearly explain technical concepts, tradeoffs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Serve as the escalation owner for high-severity technical issues
  • Proactively monitor trading and performance metrics to identify risks and optimization opportunities
  • Drive measurable improvements in yield, performance, and integration stability
  • Partner with Analytics to build and refine tools, dashboards, and optimization processes
  • Translate client needs into clear technical requirements, collaborating with Product & Engineering to influence solutions and roadmap priorities
  • Produce, maintain, and set standards for technical documentation and best practices
  • Mentor junior team members and act as a subject-matter expert within Yield Operations
  • Stay ahead of industry, privacy, and ecosystem changes, incorporating insights into platform, tooling, and process improvements

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience in the AdTech ecosystem (GAM, Header Bidding, Prebid, SDKs, openRTB, SSPs/DSPs)
  • Proven ability to own enterprise-scale publisher architectures and complex integrations
  • Strong understanding of auction dynamics, yield optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Advanced analytical skills with SQL and log-level data analysis
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript; Python experience preferred
  • Comfortable owning live technical conversations with clients, including incident reviews and strategic planning discussions
  • Able to translate complex technical details into clear, actionable guidance tailored to the audience
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent written and speaking English is mandatory
  • Highly detail oriented, structured, and proactive problem solver
  • Able to operate with high autonomy and sound technical judgment
