Full job description
Senior Technical Account Manager role supporting Northern Europe clients. Serve as main technical contact for integrated clients and end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating when necessary. Collaborate internally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, and Support teams. Provide consultative technical services to premium clients. Requires 7+ years in technical account or client-facing roles, bachelor's degree in technical discipline, proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, data analysis, experience with web traffic tools, ad serving tags, APIs, SDKs, social platforms, and knowledge of ad tech ecosystem. Strong communication and critical thinking skills needed. Hybrid work arrangement based in London.
What you'll do
- Act as main technical point of contact for integrated clients and end-users
- Troubleshoot technical issues, pinpoint problems, provide solutions
- Escalate issues to tier 2 support and/or product teams when necessary
