Full job description

InMobi is hiring a senior-level talent management professional to lead and innovate talent systems across InMobi Ads and Glance AI. The role focuses on transforming performance evaluation from annual cycles to continuous real-time feedback, fostering non-linear growth, designing leadership development programs, managing high-potential talent lifecycle, and reshaping career architecture. Responsibilities include stakeholder management across business units, leveraging AI for personalized learning, data-driven decision making, and independent ownership of talent initiatives. Candidates should have 8+ years in HR or Organizational Development with 3+ years in a dedicated talent role at a tech or high-growth company, strong communication skills, experience leading large-scale talent processes, and curiosity about AI's impact on people strategy. Benefits include meals, gym, yoga, trainings, social events, and a pet/kid-friendly office. Location: Bangalore, India.

What you'll do

  • Re-shape how InMobi evaluates and differentiates performance by moving from an annual cycle to a lightweight, continuous rhythm where teams act on performance signals in real time
  • Build the muscle for non-linear growth; development conversations happen regularly and become part of how InMobi operates
  • Design and deliver leadership development experiences that are rigorous, experiential, and tied to operating in the Eco-system
  • Own the lifecycle of InMobi's flagship Hi-Potential and future leadership program — from identifying talent, unlocking their potential, partnering with stakeholders for continuous development, to designing immersive experiences
  • Reshape the career architecture including role clarity, levelling frameworks, and internal mobility tools to facilitate sharper talent decisions
  • Partner across InMobi Group and People COE to ensure talent programs are coherent across business units and functions
  • Leverage AI tools and approaches to make learning and development more personalised, scalable, and embedded in the flow of work
  • Use data to drive decisions — track what matters, surface trends, and translate metrics into recommendations for senior leaders
  • Work with a high degree of independence, set the agenda, make calls, bring stakeholders along, and course-correct as needed

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development preferably with at least 3+ years in a dedicated talent/OD role at a tech or high-growth company
  • Proven track record leading large-scale talent processes end-to-end (performance management, talent reviews, succession planning) across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Track record of making fast decisions, running rapid experiments, and course-correcting in real time
  • Genuine curiosity about how AI is transforming People strategy and implementation
  • Prior experience in a Strategy or HR consulting firm (preferred)
  • Master’s degree in business, Organizational Behaviour and Development, Human Resources (good to have)
