Full job description
Teads is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead technical hiring efforts in Ljubljana and other hubs. The role involves managing the full hiring lifecycle for technical roles including Software Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, and Product. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing using advanced techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow, partnering with engineering leadership to optimize interview processes, and using data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies. Candidates must have proven experience in technical recruitment, work well in international teams, possess expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, and have excellent English communication skills. Bonus points for experience in high-tech industry and Greenhouse ATS. The position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office, dog-friendly office, team lunches, free parking, and a collaborative team culture.
What you'll do
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle for complex technical roles (Software Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, and Product) primarily for Ljubljana hub
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and X-raying on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to find passive talent
- Act as a talent advisor to engineering leadership and optimize interview processes
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform hiring strategies and measure results
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruitment
- Experience working within international, multicultural teams
- Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
