Digital Turbine seeks a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA region based in Petah Tikva, Israel. This full-time hybrid role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or hi-tech, expertise in EMEA and Israel markets, and strong skills in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels. Responsibilities include managing recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers on hiring strategies, sourcing talent, building diverse talent communities, and aligning regional and global TA strategies. Strong English communication and organizational skills required. Experience with AI recruiting tools is a plus.
