Full job description
Support Engineer role requiring 6+ years experience in technical support, QA, data analysis, development, or technical account management. Responsibilities include owning customer technical issues end-to-end, troubleshooting SDK implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, updating knowledge base, leading support improvements, and managing escalations. Requires strong SQL skills, SaaS troubleshooting experience, clear communication, analytical thinking, and fluency in English. Bonus for development/mobile development, web/mobile marketing, digital advertising experience, and knowledge of LLM and AI Agent workflows.
What you'll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues including troubleshooting, root cause identification, resolution, and communication
- Work with customer's App development team to troubleshoot SDK implementation issues
