Full job description

Support Engineer role requiring 6+ years experience in technical support, QA, data analysis, development, or technical account management. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, working with customer app development teams on SDK issues, enriching the knowledge base, and leading support improvement processes. Strong SQL skills and experience with SaaS platforms required. Clear communication and analytical skills essential. Bonus for development/mobile development experience, web/mobile marketing, digital advertising, and experience with LLM and AI Agent workflows.

What you'll do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues including troubleshooting, root cause identification, resolution and communication
  • Work with Customer's App development team to troubleshoot SDK implementation issues
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Enrich Knowledge Base with relevant technical information
  • Create and lead support improvement processes across the company
  • Serve as point of contact on customer escalations and ensure meticulous resolution

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience with technical support / QA / data analysis / development / technical account management
  • Proven technical troubleshooting skills on SaaS platforms
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data querying and root-cause analysis
  • Clear, structured communication skills
  • Sharp analytical and logical thinking with bias for action and ownership
  • Fluent in English
