Senior Staff Software Engineer role responsible for leading and supporting multiple projects on the Epsilon PeopleCloud Platform. Duties include developing, testing, and maintaining product features; enforcing coding standards; collaborating with engineering and architecture leadership; developing API data services; maintaining platform reliability; optimizing automation and operational efficiency; leading technical discussions and code reviews; mentoring a small team of developers; and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires 12+ years software engineering experience, 6+ years cloud deployment experience, leadership skills, proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), expertise in data warehousing, streaming, relational databases, SQL, Databricks, Apache Spark, IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI concepts including RAG and Agentic AI systems. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or electrical engineering required.
