Liftoff is hiring a senior engineer for its Accelerate Serving team to design, build, and operate high-throughput, low-latency ad serving infrastructure. The role involves improving system performance and scalability, developing GPU-powered inference services with TensorRT, profiling inference pipelines, partnering with ML engineers to productionize models, managing feature stores, developing benchmarking tools, and owning the full lifecycle of system changes. Requirements include 10+ years of experience, strong computer science fundamentals, an M.S. or higher in CS or equivalent experience, and Go experience is a plus. The position is full-time remote within approved US states. Compensation ranges from $219,000 to $310,000 depending on location, with equity and health benefits included.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput, low-latency services for bid requests and ad exchanges
