Sovrn is hiring a Senior or Staff Software Engineer for the Data Platform team. Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong skills in Scala and Python, and expertise in big data technologies such as Spark and Databricks. Responsibilities include leading architecture design, managing data pipelines in AWS and Databricks, optimizing data processing, ensuring data security, and compliance with governance regulations. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in Boulder, Colorado. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 depending on level, plus bonus, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, and commuter benefits.
