StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer for the Data Delivery team to lead the technical strategy and architecture of data systems supporting reporting, measurement, forecasting, billing, and analytics. The role involves cross-team leadership, system design, platform enablement, and mentorship. Candidates should have strong backend and data systems expertise, experience with scalable distributed systems, and the ability to align technical strategy with product and business goals. Preferred technical skills include Golang and technologies such as Kafka, TiDB, Redshift, Vitess, Iceberg, StarRocks, or Trino. Experience in adtech or marketing technology is a plus. The position is full-time and remote, with locations in Canada and the United States. Compensation ranges from $260,000 to $357,500 CAD in Canada and $240,000 to $330,000 USD in the USA.
