Full job description
Senior Staff Software Engineer role at Epsilon focused on architecting and delivering large-scale data platforms using AWS, Databricks, and distributed processing frameworks. Requires 12-16+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with expertise in Python, PySpark, Apache Spark, AWS services, Databricks, SQL/NoSQL databases, streaming technologies, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD. Responsibilities include driving technical decisions, leading platform initiatives, collaborating with global teams, owning the software development lifecycle, and mentoring engineers. Preferred experience includes AWS/Databricks certifications, Azure or GCP knowledge, and experience with Generative AI and related technologies. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
