Full job description

Staff Product Manager role leading roadmap for Signal dashboards and AI-powered capabilities at Integral Ad Science. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand workflows, designing data visualization solutions, leading product roadmap focused on AI insights, aligning cross-functional teams, partnering with Data Engineering, making prioritization decisions, ensuring product integration, collaborating with sales and marketing, and tracking success metrics. Requires 10+ years product management experience in B2B software, experience with analytics platforms and advertiser dashboards, familiarity with AI/ML product development, and strong domain knowledge in ad tech or digital media. Preferred technical background and experience with foundation models and AI tooling. Full-time hybrid role based in New York, NY and San Francisco, CA. Salary range $154,700 to $265,200 annually. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, 401k with matching, and bonus eligibility.

What you'll do

  • Build customer empathy by engaging with advertisers, agencies, and platform partners to understand workflows and pain points
  • Envision, design, and deliver data reporting and visualization solutions
  • Lead product roadmap for advertiser and agency-facing dashboard platform focusing on AI-driven insights
  • Align product peers, design, data science, engineering, and commercial teams around a unified roadmap
  • Partner with Data Engineering to ensure accurate, scalable, and optimized reporting pipelines, data models, and visualization layers
  • Serve as thought partner to engineering and data science on build vs. buy or partner decisions
  • Make prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing technical feasibility and business impact
  • Ensure consistency and integration across broader product suite
  • Partner with sales and marketing to guide features into market and drive customer adoption
  • Define, track, and communicate success metrics to executives and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B software or platform product roles
  • Experience working on analytics platforms, advertiser dashboards, or large-scale data products
  • Track record of innovation in emerging product spaces
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product development and performance optimization
  • Experience managing products balancing model accuracy, latency, cost, and user experience
  • Ability to evaluate system architecture and technical tradeoffs, partner with engineers and data scientists
  • Proven experience in ad tech, martech, or digital media environments with strong domain knowledge
  • Experience delivering complex, data-driven products from 0→1 and scaling existing solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and functions
  • Clear, structured communication and strong decision-making under ambiguity
  • Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments with matrixed teams
  • Product mindset balancing innovation with operational excellence
  • Preferred: technical background (Computer Science or Engineering degree)
  • Preferred: experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or foundation models
  • Preferred: ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Preferred: experience defining AI product positioning
  • Preferred: deep understanding of media buying ecosystem, measurement standards, advertiser workflows
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI and data tooling such as Databricks, Snowflake, and SQL
