Epsilon seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Connected Access Team to own product management for identity, data access, and privacy capabilities. Responsibilities include shaping the product roadmap, leading enterprise client engagements, defining technical and business requirements, collaborating with business development and partners, tracking metrics, managing multi-team dependencies, and contributing to go-to-market readiness. Candidates must have strong expertise in digital identity resolution, CDPs, data clean rooms, cloud data platforms, and composable data sharing patterns. Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech or martech, and enterprise client management is required. The role demands technical fluency, strong communication, prioritization skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Preferred qualifications include experience with identity resolution platforms, data clean room technology, cloud data ecosystems, and building new products in enterprise settings. Minimum 7 years product management experience with at least 2 years owning an enterprise or B2B product roadmap. Locations include Chicago, IL; Wakefield, MA; and New York, NY. Salary range is $102,100 to $217,500 annually.
