Full job description
Epsilon seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Connected Access Team to own product management for identity, data access, and privacy capabilities. Responsibilities include shaping the product roadmap, leading enterprise client engagements, defining technical and business requirements, collaborating with business development and partners, managing metrics, navigating multi-team dependencies, and contributing to go-to-market readiness. Candidates should have strong knowledge of digital identity resolution, CDPs, data clean rooms, cloud data platforms, and composable data sharing patterns. Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech or martech, and enterprise client management is required. The role demands technical fluency, strong communication, prioritization skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Preferred qualifications include experience with identity resolution platforms, cloud data ecosystems, and building new products in enterprise settings. The position offers a salary range of $102,100 to $217,500 annually and is located in Chicago, IL; Wakefield, MA; and New York, NY.
What you'll do
- Shape and execute the Connected Access roadmap for capability areas
- Lead enterprise client engagements and discovery
- Translate client data requirements and privacy restrictions into product specs
- Collaborate with Business Development and Alliance teams on partnerships
- Translate commercial outcomes into product integration timelines
- Own the metrics story and communicate progress to leadership
- Navigate multi-team dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
- Contribute to go-to-market readiness and client onboarding model
- Inform revenue structure and define success criteria for Phase 1 launch
Requirements
- Solid grounding in name based and digital identity resolution, CDPs, data clean rooms, or cloud data platforms
- Familiarity with composable data sharing patterns such as Delta Sharing, Federated Query, zero-copy architectures
- Experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS
- Comfort in the adtech or martech landscape
- Technically comfortable engaging with engineering and partner technical teams
- Strong client instincts and experience managing enterprise relationships
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills
- Rigorous prioritization instincts
- Proven ability to lead through influence in cross-functional teams
- Coachable, direct, and invested in getting it right
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning an enterprise or B2B product roadmap
- Nice to have: direct experience with identity resolution platforms or data clean room technology
- Nice to have: hands-on familiarity with cloud data platform ecosystems
- Nice to have: background at an adtech, martech, or data infrastructure company
- Nice to have: experience building or scaling a net-new product within an established enterprise organization
