Full job description

Senior Staff Product Designer role focused on data visualization and insights to help marketers make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include defining design approaches for data visualization and analytics, creating proactive insight surfaces, establishing visual language and interaction frameworks, leveraging AI tools for ideation and validation, shaping design principles aligned with product vision, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Requires 10+ years in product design/user experience with expertise in data visualization, analytics, and decision-support products. Must have experience with Lean/Agile/Scrum, strong portfolio, independent judgment, and ability to build cross-functional networks. Familiarity with advertising data complexities and BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is essential. What you'll do

  • Define and own design approach for data visualization and analytics experiences
  • Design proactive insight surfaces translating complex advertising and marketing data into clear visual experiences
  • Establish a visual language and interaction framework for data across a shared platform
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept exploration, and validation
  • Shape and evolve design principles for data-driven experiences aligned with product vision
  • Build and maintain formal cross-functional networks coordinating product, engineering, data science, legal, and other teams
  • Serve as quality anchor for the build organization
  • Connect long-term UX thinking to marketing performance and ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Product Design / User Experience, with significant focus on data visualization, analytics, or decision-support products
  • Deep familiarity with data visualization principles, charting systems, dashboard design, and cognitive science of data interpretation
  • Experience delivering within Lean, Agile, or Scrum environments across large, complex, cross-functional product organizations
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership on complex, data-intensive platforms
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment on uniquely difficult problems
  • Proven ability to build and coordinate formal cross-functional networks
  • Fluency in advertising data complexities including identity resolution, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation
  • Experience using AI tools for ideation and validation
  • Experience building and governing accessible, scalable design systems
  • Hands-on familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Track record of navigating complex enterprise environments and cross-functional alignment
