The Senior Manager (Staff) Product Designer will lead design for complex, user-centered experiences across Epsilon's global advertising and marketing technology platforms. This senior role requires autonomy and broad influence to define design approaches for significant challenges, leveraging AI tools for ideation and validation. Responsibilities include selecting UX methods, shaping design principles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring platform consistency. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years in product design/UX, experience in Lean/Agile/Scrum environments, a strong portfolio, and the ability to lead complex design initiatives. The role demands expertise in AI-driven design, identity resolution, trust, compliance, and marketing platforms.
