Full job description

The Senior Staff Product Designer will lead the design of user-centered experiences across Epsilon's global advertising and marketing technology platforms. This senior role requires autonomy and broad influence to solve complex design challenges, shape product direction, and deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities include defining design approaches for complex initiatives, applying UX methods, leveraging AI tools for ideation and validation, evolving design principles aligned with product vision, maintaining cross-functional networks, ensuring platform design consistency, and serving as a design thought partner. Qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree, 10+ years in product design/UX, experience in Lean/Agile/Scrum environments, a strong portfolio in data-intensive platforms, independent judgment on difficult problems, and ability to build cross-functional alignment. Familiarity with AI-driven design, identity resolution, trust, compliance, and enterprise marketing platforms is required. What you'll do

  • Define and own design approach for highest-impact, complex product initiatives
  • Select and adapt UX methods and techniques appropriate to problem and context
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept exploration, and validation
  • Shape and evolve design principles and patterns aligned with multi-year product vision
  • Create and maintain cross-functional networks to align on experience goals
  • Set standard for platform-minded design ensuring coherence and consistency
  • Serve as quality anchor and thought partner for broader design organization
  • Anticipate emerging user needs and organizational design challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Product Design / User Experience
  • Experience delivering within Lean, Agile, or Scrum environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership on complex, data-intensive platforms
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment on uniquely difficult problems
  • Proven ability to build and coordinate formal cross-functional networks
  • Skilled in translating complex data and AI-driven experiences into intuitive interfaces
  • Familiarity with identity resolution and designing for trust, transparency, and compliance
  • Active use of AI tools for generative building, rapid prototyping, and research synthesis
  • Deep understanding of enterprise user needs in marketing and analytics contexts
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as customer data programs, points and rewards systems, or customer retention tools
  • Track record of navigating platform consolidations, org shifts, and large-scale product transformation
