Epsilon seeks a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics and AI solutions delivery for clients. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end analytics programs, developing analytical frameworks (customer segmentation, propensity modeling, campaign measurement, attribution, churn prediction), leading cross-functional initiatives, ensuring quality assurance of statistical and machine learning models, translating findings into executive recommendations, and providing technical leadership in pre-sales and solution development. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of data scientists, driving hiring and capability building, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability, and collaborating with internal and client teams to achieve measurable marketing and business outcomes. Requirements include a bachelor's or higher in a quantitative field, 10+ years of relevant experience, leadership skills, proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, and familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau. Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics, funnel analysis, attribution, and campaign measurement is essential. Excellent communication, project governance, and client management skills required. Salary range: USD $112,800 - $238,700 annually. Own end-to-end delivery of analytics programs across multiple client accounts

Foster culture of rigor, accountability, innovation, collaboration, experimentation and continuous learning
Ensure team engagement, utilization and delivery excellence
Guide team compliance with policies for documentation, tracking, QA/QC, data governance, platform access and client communication
Collaborate with internal teams, global partners and clients to drive measurable marketing and business outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics or related field; master’s preferred
Minimum 10+ years experience in analytics, digital media analytics, marketing analytics or related consulting roles
Proven experience leading and developing teams including goal setting, performance management, coaching
Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Python, SQL and Databricks mandatory
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI and Tableau is an advantage
Deep understanding of funnel analysis, attribution, customer journey analytics, audience segmentation, cohort analysis, campaign measurement, experimentation
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid media, conversion rate optimization, content and campaign performance measurement
Ability to guide teams through complex analytical problem solving, hypothesis development, data exploration, tracking validation, insight generation and business recommendation
Strong executive communication skills for presenting complex findings to senior partners
Excellent partner management, client relationship, consulting, prioritization and negotiation skills
Solid planning, resource management and project governance skills managing multiple programs and teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to analytical quality, tagging accuracy, data validation, reproducibility, documentation and QA/QC
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, process improvement and adoption of new tools, technologies, AI capabilities and methodologies
Highly collaborative, accountable and motivated leader with strong interpersonal skills
