Sovrn is hiring a Senior or Staff Data Scientist to lead high-impact data initiatives in AdTech. The role involves hands-on applied AI work, including prototyping and deploying Agentic AI technologies, designing predictive models to optimize ad performance and monetization, analyzing large datasets, maintaining data pipelines, and defining best practices in modeling and data governance. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, mentor data scientists, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders. Requirements include strong experience in machine learning (classical, reinforcement, deep learning), statistical modeling, A/B testing, proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud data ecosystems, AI/ML frameworks (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face), distributed computing (Spark, PySpark), and Databricks on AWS. Knowledge of ad tech ecosystems (RTB, DSP/SSP) is a plus. The position is full-time, based in Boulder, Colorado, with hybrid work flexibility.
