Sovrn is hiring a Senior or Staff Data Scientist to lead high-impact data initiatives in AdTech. The role involves hands-on applied AI work, developing predictive models and algorithms to optimize ad performance, user engagement, and monetization. Responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, maintaining data pipelines, defining best practices, collaborating cross-functionally, mentoring data scientists, and communicating findings to stakeholders. Candidates must have strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, statistical modeling, A/B testing, causal inference, and proficiency with Python, SQL, cloud data ecosystems, AI/ML frameworks, distributed computing, and Databricks on AWS. Knowledge of ad tech ecosystems is a plus. The position is full-time, based in Boulder, Colorado with hybrid work flexibility. Salary ranges from $155,000 to $200,000 depending on level, with benefits including insurance, paid leave, 401(k) match, and wellness programs.
