Use AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve speed, consistency, and scalability of analytics
Review AI-assisted analysis plans and outputs ensuring human oversight and validation
Develop repeatable frameworks, reusable analyses, and scalable points of view
Provide feedback to improve analytical tools and workflows
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
Eight or more years of experience in analytics, marketing measurement, digital media, consulting, advertising technology, marketing technology, media agencies, publishing, or data-driven business environment
Proven client-facing analytics, strategy, consulting, or measurement leadership experience
Experience performing sophisticated analyses using large, record-level datasets
Hands-on experience with coding, data extraction, analytical methodology, and interpretation of analytical outputs
Strong business acumen connecting analytics with client business models and marketing objectives
Ability to translate complex data into persuasive business narratives and executive recommendations
Experience influencing internal and external collaborators including Sales, agency teams, client marketers, analytics teams, and product partners
Experience developing measurement strategies, test designs, and client-facing insights
Ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams and prioritize effectively
Strong judgment balancing analytical rigor, speed, scalability, and client needs
Comfort working in fast-changing environments with evolving tools and priorities
