Full job description

Vibe is hiring a senior engineer to own the reliability of its performance advertising production stack, including prediction serving, bidding engine, pacing, and delivery. The role focuses on maintaining low latency (p99), optimizing infrastructure cost and capacity, and building observability and stress testing. Candidates must have experience owning latency-sensitive production services with on-call duties, strong Kubernetes and cloud fundamentals, observability expertise, and infrastructure as code/CI/CD skills. Nice to have are experience with Redis, Kafka, high-QPS low-latency systems, programmatic advertising, and programming in Go, Rust, or Python. The position is full-time, hybrid in Paris, and reports to the Engineering Manager for Performance.
