Requirements
5+ years experience as a software engineer, Python preferred
5+ years working with data systems, including hands-on experience with SQL
Familiarity with AWS (S3, CloudFront), PostgreSQL, and streaming data pipelines (Kafka, Storm, or similar) preferred
Fluent AI-assisted development using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar
Ability to drive complex, ambiguous technical projects independently to production
Strong understanding of API architectural patterns (REST, GraphQL, AWS API Gateway)
Experience building and maintaining robust client-facing SDKs and integration tools
Experience designing and building workflow automation using tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms
Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously under tight timelines
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team technical growth
Awareness of digital advertising measurement, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and cookieless/server-side tracking trends is a strong plus
