Full job description
Publica by IAS is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the Publisher Operations team. The role requires 10+ years of ad tech experience with expertise in video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising. The candidate will work closely with high-touch, technical clients from pre-sales through post-sales and implementation. Responsibilities include customer service oversight, data analysis, responding to inquiries, product expertise, client feedback communication, and account growth. Required skills include object oriented programming, automation, and data querying using MySQL and Amazon Athena. The position is full-time, hybrid, and located in London, United Kingdom.
What you'll do
- Oversee all aspects of customer service as customers leverage Publica to power their CTV/OTT video business
