Full job description

Join a team shaping next-generation E-Banking experiences. Responsibilities include turning business requirements into testable scenarios, designing and maintaining manual and automated test cases, executing UI and API end-to-end tests, identifying and tracking issues, and collaborating with developers and product teams. Requirements: experience in software testing (manual and automation) for web and mobile, hands-on with test automation frameworks like Selenium, strong coding skills in Java or C#, good SQL knowledge, agile team experience, understanding of modern web and mobile apps, strong communication skills, fluent in German and English. ISTQB certification and experience with complex system end-to-end testing are a plus. Location: St Gallen, Switzerland. Hybrid work model with independent home office management.

What you'll do

  • Turn business requirements into smart, testable scenarios
  • Design and maintain test cases (manual & automated)
  • Bring test strategy to life using modern tools and best practices
  • Execute UI & API end-to-end tests (automated + exploratory)
  • Identify, analyze, and track issues to ensure high product quality
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Solid experience in software testing (manual + automation) across web & mobile
  • Hands-on with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium)
  • Strong coding skills in Java or C#
  • Good SQL knowledge
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Good understanding of how modern web & mobile apps work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
