Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design high-performance, low-latency, privacy-first backend systems for programmatic advertising. Responsibilities include developing and deploying real-time bidding algorithms, pacing controls, and predictive models to maximize ROAS and conversion tracking across multiple platforms. Requires 4+ years experience in Go and Linux/UNIX, with knowledge of C/C++, data structures, algorithms, OS and system programming, scripting (Perl/Python/Shell), and databases (preferably MySQL). Must be able to write clean, modular code, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with teams. Proficiency in AI-assisted coding and prompt engineering is a plus.
