Zeta Global seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and build backend services and APIs for identity resolution and platform integrations. Responsibilities include optimizing event-driven pipelines processing billions of signals, deploying and operating cloud-native services on EKS/Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and scalability, and mentoring junior engineers. Requirements include 5+ years of backend or data engineering experience, strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala, experience with Kafka, streaming frameworks (Spark/Hive/Flink), schedulers (Airflow/Luigi), proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS, and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL/columnar databases (Aerospike, Snowflake, Scylla). Bonus skills include experience with multi-tenant distributed systems, real-time streaming frameworks, and open table formats (Iceberg, Hudi, Delta Lake).
