Senior Software Engineer - Finance Solutions Team

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship finance-related features across a complex and diverse ecosystem including backend/data-oriented features, UI development, data pipelines, reports, and dashboards
• Develop solutions integrating with various CRM and ERP systems
• Work closely with internal users to gather feedback, increase solution adoption, and provide long-term operational support
• Champion software quality through robust testing and mentor junior engineers by sharing best practices and code review
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse, international team split between France and Israel
• Operate within an Agile environment promoting sustainable processes, open communication, and regular virtual socials

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing, shipping, and maintaining features in complex production environments, ideally within finance, billing, or customer management domains
• Experience as a full-stack engineer, proficient in Java and/or Scala, SQL, React and Node.js
• Experience in designing and building data models and data pipelines, along with comfort using analytics and visualization tools
• Expertise in integration with CRM and/or ERP systems, including integration techniques such as ETLs, event-driven architecture, and workflow orchestration
• Commitment to writing high-quality, well-tested code and a passion for continuous improvement
• Comfortable influencing architectural decisions and sharing knowledge
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Growth mindset, eagerness to learn new technologies and share knowledge
