Full job description

Senior Big Data Developer role in Data Engineering team responsible for processing, storing, and serving data for core systems. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature ownership, designing and building data products, implementing high-scale Big Data solutions, leveraging AI for development and operations, leading and mentoring developers, researching technologies and integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders. Requirements: 6+ years software development experience, expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines, ETLs, streaming systems with Spark, Kafka, Airflow over HDFS/S3, 3+ years Java or Scala experience, Python skills, strong SQL and Vertica or similar database experience, performance optimization skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree. Advantageous skills include graph processing, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Grafana. Position is full-time and hybrid based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
