Full job description
Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining scalable, reliable backend systems for a pixel-less ad targeting platform. Develop .NET Core backend services and APIs supporting ContextGPT integrations. Improve system observability and reliability, lead post-mortems, and mentor engineering team. Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to align technical solutions with business goals. Requires strong experience in system design, backend programming (.NET Core, Java, Kotlin), operational mindset, and clear communication. Hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA with 3 days in office and 2 days remote optional. Salary range $160,000 - $210,000 USD plus equity.
