Full job description

Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining backend systems for a pixel-less ad targeting platform. Role involves building scalable .NET Core backend services and APIs supporting ContextGPT integrations. Key duties include improving system reliability and observability, leading post-mortems, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with leadership to align technical solutions with business goals. Requires strong experience in system design, backend programming (.NET Core, Java, Kotlin), operational mindset, and clear communication. Bonus for experience with distributed systems, platform services, AdTech, CI/CD, AWS, RDS, ClickHouse, and Datadog. Position is hybrid with 3 days in office in Bellevue, WA and 2 days remote optional. Salary range $160,000 - $210,000 USD plus equity.
