Full job description
PulsePoint is hiring a senior backend engineer with 6+ years experience for a dual-focus role split 50/50 between AI and core platform engineering. Responsibilities include building MCP/agent tooling in Python, shipping LLM-backed features, driving AI-assisted dev practices, building and maintaining production REST APIs with Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.4, and legacy modernization. Required skills: shipped real LLM-backed product to production, hands-on GCP and Kubernetes (Cloud Run, IAM, Secret Manager), strong production Python and Java with Spring Boot, practical fluency with AI dev tools like Claude Code and Codex. Remote work allowed within current country. Working hours require overlap with East Coast US hours.
