Work on a high-throughput ad exchange's real-time bidder system using Node.js, SQL, and machine learning to optimize traffic forwarding decisions. Responsibilities include managing the bidder and throttling layers, analyzing large datasets, and applying gradient-boosted models to improve bidding efficiency. Requires strong generalist skills, backend programming expertise, SQL fluency, curiosity, and experience with AdTech or real-time systems. Must be fluent in AI coding tools for development. Position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in Bellevue, WA office), with salary range $175,000 - $200,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company holidays.
