Full job description
Epsilon is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with 5+ years experience in SRE, Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering. The role involves building, operating, and evolving scalable, resilient, and secure cloud platforms supporting enterprise applications. Responsibilities include designing reliability strategies on AWS and GCP, defining SLIs/SLOs, building observability solutions, leading incident response, automating operations, and collaborating with engineering teams. Required skills include advanced Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS, AlmaLinux), virtualization (VMware, KVM), workflow automation (n8n), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK stack), scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure as code (Terraform). Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), ITIL ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow), and strong understanding of networking, security, and performance optimization is essential. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Relevant certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, Linux+, VMware, AWS, Azure) preferred. The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
