Responsibilities include securing Linux infrastructure and container runtimes, managing SIEM for threat detection, designing secure access controls, implementing cloud security governance with Terraform, establishing AI tooling guardrails, protecting CI/CD supply chains, managing vulnerabilities, and leading incident response and compliance. The role requires 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience, deep Linux expertise, cloud-native security knowledge (Kubernetes, containers), strong identity and access management skills, policy-as-code proficiency, SIEM and endpoint security experience, and awareness of AI security risks. This hybrid role is based in Belgrade, Serbia or Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Benefits include flexible hours, extra days off, learning opportunities, bonuses, top equipment, and a supportive multinational team environment.
