Responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, migrating platform components from Scala to Java, collaborating with teams, leading technical discussions, troubleshooting, and using AI tools to improve development. Requirements include a BS in Computer Science or related field, 6+ years software engineering experience, 1+ years Scala, 2+ years Java, microservices design in high-traffic systems, and Agile experience. Nice to have advertising tech, Python, NoSQL, distributed messaging, data engineering, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and Git/Bitbucket experience.
