Klario is a decision intelligence and change management platform for SAP built on SAP BTP. The role is the functional authority ensuring product decisions and AI outputs reflect real SAP practice. Responsibilities include acting as the functional reference for the architecture team across SAP core processes, validating AI reference datasets for operational accuracy, collaborating with product on real SAP change scenarios, translating SAP nuances for non-SAP colleagues, contributing to architecture standards, and bringing customer experience insights into discussions. Requirements include hands-on experience with SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX, strong functional SAP core knowledge, career progression from functional delivery/support to architecture, substantial SAP change experience, ability to explain SAP clearly, and comfort with research and validation. Strong advantages include awareness of wider SAP portfolio, experience with S/4HANA transformation, familiarity with SAP BTP, and experience working with data or AI teams.
