Klario is a decision intelligence and change management platform for SAP built on SAP BTP. The role is the functional authority ensuring product and AI outputs reflect real SAP practice. Responsibilities include acting as the functional reference for SAP core processes, validating AI reference datasets, collaborating with product on SAP change scenarios, translating SAP nuances for non-SAP colleagues, contributing to architecture standards, and bringing customer operational insights. Requirements include hands-on experience with SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX, strong functional SAP core knowledge, background in functional delivery/support evolving into architecture, substantial SAP change experience, ability to analyze system configurations contextually, clear communication skills, and comfort with research and validation. Strong advantages include awareness of wider SAP portfolio, experience with S/4HANA transformations, familiarity with SAP BTP, and experience working with data or AI teams.
